What needs to be confirmed before the visit?
Check the appointment purpose with Air Sense before preparing the house. Ask what access the visit requires, especially when a crawl-space entrance is behind stored belongings. The date and work scope need direct confirmation after the initial inquiry.
For a home under contract, identify who can authorize entry and coordinate with that person. Avoid assuming that a request for a quote also schedules the measurement or installation; establish the next step explicitly.

Keep the recorded room location with the result. It helps explain which part of a mixed-foundation house was measured. If you are calling about equipment already installed, have its documentation ready and describe the issue without relying on the system gauge as a radon reading.
